When the production industry (used as raw material of sheet metal) is mentioned, probably the machine all come to our mind first of all, is press. After the die production of ready-drawn part is carried out, the press selection is made in the appropriate size and tonnage and then, you are ready to produce. Well, the real question; are you ready for mass-production? Our answer is No.

If you are working under your production capacity, if the jobs you receive are low, then a press and die will be suitable for your job. You can feed your press manually by taking your sheet metal in ready-cut plates. Or, if your sheet metal is thin and narrow, you can take it in rolls and feed it again as if sheet metal were in plate, with a simple opener mechanism. In this way you can get rid of the investment cost and start production.

If you are a mass-production company and you have millions of orders per year, in short, if your production must continue without interruption, your need will be a fully automated production line. The system you need at this point will be feeder and straightener systems, with plc controlled servo motors. It is possible to feed the sheet metal to your press machine with any feeding lenght . In these PLC controlled systems, you can start to mass production by simply entering a lot of information you want from the touch screen of the control unit thanks to the simple interface. For example, like; the lenght you want to feed, the quantity you want to produce, your speed of feeding. In addition, if you have a press with a suitable electronic infrastructure, servo feeders work in full synchronization with your press. For example, the feeding command is taken from press with the help of sensors, so, only when press ram is in the upper position, feeding starts. This means that if your press stops for any reason, the servo feeder will stop automatically. Thanks to this, no sheet metal pressing will occur in the die.

Press feeding systems are simply composed of 3 main parts as decoiler, straightener and servo feeder. Under certain conditions, the costs can be reduced by producing the straightener unit in the same construction as the servo feeder unit. (Photo 1).

As Lemez Tech firm, we analyze the current sheet metal information (width, thickness, height, mechanical specification etc ) we have received from customer, in detail and help our costumer select the most suitable machine, considering the possible material changes in the future.

The ultimate german brand electronic infrastructure and consumables are always used as quality of materials in our machines. In addition, since all the materials used are standard products, they can be found anywhere at any time. Also, maintenance of our machines is very simple and if their instructions are followed, our machines can be used for many years without problems.
